What is Raseed?
Raseed (Arabic for "balance") is a cloud invoicing and bookkeeping app for small businesses — shops, cash vans and route sales, service companies and freelancers. It keeps track of who owes you, what you owe your suppliers and how much is in each cash box, van and bank account, in two currencies at your own exchange rate, and prepares your VAT figures. Families can use it too, to follow household spending, money lent to relatives and family assets such as gold, jewelry, land and cars. It runs in any web browser on phones and computers, in Arabic or English.

Is Raseed free to try?
Yes. You get 14 days free with every feature and no card. Then choose Starter ($9), Pro ($19) or Business ($35) a month, or pay yearly and get 2 months free.
Which countries can use Raseed?
Any country. Raseed runs in the browser wherever there is internet, in Arabic or English. Pick your country when you sign up — Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Iraq, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Egypt, Türkiye or any other — and Raseed sets your currencies, phone format, time zone and VAT; you can change them in Settings.
Does it work for a cash van or route sales?
Yes. Give each driver or salesperson their own login with the Salesperson role: they can bill customers, collect payments and check balances from their phone, and print a receipt on a portable 58 mm or 80 mm printer. They cannot see your expenses, suppliers or reports.
Does it work for a service business?
Yes. Bill visits, hours or monthly contracts with an invoice or a one-line JV, keep a list of your services with prices, and send the customer a statement of what they owe.
How does it handle currencies and VAT?
Your books are kept in your main currency, and you can bill, collect and pay in a second currency at the rate you set. VAT is calculated at your rate on invoices and supplier bills, and the VAT report shows sales and purchases. If you are not registered for VAT, switch it off.
Does it work on my phone? Is it in Arabic?
Yes to both. Raseed works in the browser of any phone, tablet or computer and can be added to your home screen like an app. Every screen is in Arabic (right-to-left) and English, and each user picks their language.
Is my data safe and private?
Each company's data is kept in its own separate database. Access is protected by passwords and roles, every change is recorded in an audit log, and if you stop paying your data stays viewable — nothing is deleted.
Can I use Raseed for my family or household?
Yes. You can use it at home: record household expenses by category, keep track of money lent to or borrowed from relatives as you would with customers, follow each cash box or bank account, and list family assets — gold and jewelry at the live gold price, land, apartments and cars — to see what they are worth. Assets are included in the Pro and Business plans.
Can I import my customers or connect my POS?
Yes. Import customers and suppliers from Excel or CSV in one step. On the Business plan, API keys let your POS, online shop or accounting software send invoices and payments to Raseed.
